- Design, develop & lead the team: Hand on experience in design, development, and maintenance of Java full-stack applications.
- Architectural Design: Lead architectural and design discussions to ensure robust and scalable solutions.
- Code Quality: Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers, front-end developers, and other stakeholders.
- Mentorship: Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest industry trends and technologies.
