Responsibilities:
- Design and implement data analytics solutions primarily using Python, with exposure to Power BI.
- Participate in the ETL process, utilizing Python to manipulate and prepare data for analysis.
- Assist in the creation of dashboards and reports in Power BI to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Conduct basic data analysis to uncover insights, trends, and patterns within datasets.
- Work collaboratively with teams to gather data requirements and ensure the delivery of tailored analytics solutions.
- Contribute to the maintenance of data quality and integrity through validation and cleansing techniques.
- Document analytics workflows and findings to facilitate knowledge transfer and adherence to best practices.
- Keep abreast of the latest developments in data analytics and visualization technologies.
- Support the education of business users on the utilization of analytics tools and methodologies.
- Engage in business development activities by assisting with proposal creation and other initiatives.
- Take part in special projects and perform other duties as needed to support the team.
Required Skillset:
- Strong foundational knowledge in Python programming for data analysis; experience through academic projects or internships is highly valued.
- Familiarity with Power BI or a willingness to learn and develop skills in creating interactive dashboards and reports.
- Basic understanding of SQL and experience with relational databases.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to process and interpret complex data accurately and efficiently.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a focus on delivering results.
- Capable of working autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic setting.
- Effective communication skills, capable of explaining intricate data concepts to diverse audiences.
