Autodesk-Software Engineer (Javascript)
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of industry experience building and delivering robust, performant, and maintainable commercial applications
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles
- Strong understanding of JavaScript, its quirks, and workarounds
- Strong understanding of advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks such as AngularJS, KnockoutJS, BackboneJS, ReactJS, DurandalJS, etc
- Experience in building user interfaces with WPF and/or WinForms
- Understanding of CAD tools and background in CAD customization.
- Experience with database technologies e.g. MSSQL
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in a Scrum framework
- Solid understanding of event-driven architecture principles
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience with cloud platforms AWS/Azure
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing add-ins, plugins, content libraries (Autodesk preferred)
- Experience in technologies such as C++, C#, .Net Core & .Net Framework
- Familiarity with CAD concepts related to Inventor, AutoCAD, Factory Design Utilities
- Experience with build and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins
