Skills required
Bachelor s degree in computer science or related technical discipline, and 4+ years of full stack technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to React, JavaScript, C#, .Net SQL(.Net Fullstack developer with React, SQL and Java script).
Experience in web markup including CSS3, HTML5
Modern frontend technologies for building rich UX

experience in a fast paced, high stress, support environment- can collaborate and at the same time be an independent thinker with minimal management
Ability to follow and develop detailed process and procedure documentation, as well as leverage the documentation as descriptive guidance
Strong written and verbal communicator
Knowledge on working with global teams across time zones, cultures, and languages.
- To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue
- To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time
- To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
- Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts
- To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases
