Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the applications and providing support to end-users. Roles & Responsibilities: – Expected to build knowledge and support the team. – Participate in Problem Solving discussions. – Provide technical support and troubleshooting for application issues. – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems. – Monitor and maintain application performance, ensuring high availability and reliability. – Identify and implement process improvements to enhance application support. – Document and maintain technical procedures and user guides. – Assist in the deployment and configuration of applications. – Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to provide innovative solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: – Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Asset Management. – Strong understanding of software development lifecycle. – Experience with incident management and problem resolution. – Good To Have Skills: Experience with ITIL framework. – Familiarity with SQL and database concepts. – Knowledge of scripting languages like Python or PowerShell. Additional Information: – The candidate should have a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in Asset Management. – This position is based at our Bengaluru office. – A 15 years full time education is required.
