Employers can post job openings, manage applications, and search for suitable candidates using specific criteria. The portal also features an admin panel for managing users, job postings, and monitoring activities. Notifications keep users informed of job updates and application statuses. Advanced search filters help users refine job or candidate searches. The system is built using Java for backend development, with MySQL for data storage
